Block Booking Package Deal (Only available for 20 people and above)

You can block book the cafe for special events and personal functions such as birthday parties, class outings, corporate events, company family day etc. Our cafe have a maximum seating capacity of 50 pax at our Clementi outlet. We will do our best to cater to your special requirements and customise the package. Packages are available at all operating timings. All packages are inclusive of 3-hours of free-gaming during your stay and differ in terms of choice of food. Contact us in advance so that we can discuss further.

Package 1 - $8.90/pax (Non Peak), $10.90/pax (Peak), $12.90/pax (Super Peak)

Package 3 - At least 30 pax - $18.90/pax (Non Peak), $20.90/pax (Peak), $22.90/pax (Super Peak)

• Note: If lesser than 30 pax, will be subjected to additional surcharge of $5/pax
  

Am I able to extend package? In order to cater for different groups of members' needs, extension of package is allowed. Every hour of package extension will be $2.50 per person from Mon-Thurs and $3.50 per person from Fri-Sun.

Are there discount(s) for block booking packages? Membership and all other discounts cannot be used in conjunction with block booking packages as they are already discounted in nature.

Do you provide decoration? No, we do not provide decoration of the cafe. However, you are most welcomed to arrive earlier to decorate the cafe. Taste differs, so let the expert (you) do the job :) We also provide outsourcing classy decoration to external party decoration expertise.

How to confirm the booking? You need to drop by the outlet that you made your block booking at least 4 working days in advance to pay a 50% deposit. Deposit is compulsory. Confirmation of booking is on first-come-first-serve basis. Telephone or email booking is only tentative until the deposit is made.

Can I reserve the whole cafe? If you wish to reserve the cafe for your private function, you need a minimum number of 40 pax and selecting one of our block-booking packages. Otherwise, we will still charge as 40 pax if you wish to have exclusive use of the cafe.

Can I reserve the whole cafe during non operating hours? If you wish to reserve the whole cafe for your private function during Non-Operating Hours, the charges are $60/hr. No Games nor Game Facilitators will be provided. You are required to book a minimum of 3 hours. Charges for booking the entire cafe during operating hours are $80/hr (Non Peak), $100/hr (Peak) and $120/hr (Super Peak) respectively.
